\nFire and explosion incidents mainly occur in areas with rapid economic development and urbanization, and especially in residential areas. In the first quarter, there were many large fires, such as the fire at Kim Long Joint Stock Company in Hai Phong and the fire at Thanh Oai Industrial Park, Hanoi.<\/p>\n

\nThe Fire and Rescue Police Force has carried out many activities to improve this situation, including guiding and rescuing 21 people trapped in the fires. They have also focused on advising and implementing directives related to fire prevention and fighting in the new situation, such as Directive No. 01\/CT-TTg dated January 3, 2023 of the Prime Minister.
